In September 2026 Mano & Kintianua Chiriap will be visiting us again to serve the grandmother medicine. The weekend ceremony will be at a beautiful temple in a private forest in Drenthe (NL), which has been created for the purpose of working with plant medicine and with indigenous tribes and medicine people. Reservations will be open from June 2026.

Persian Plant Medicine Sufi Ceremony Retreat

Location: Fire Temple, The Netherlands (Drenthe area)
In collaboration with Rana Rahimpour (Obsidiana UK), the Fire temple will be presenting the first Homm ceremony in 2000 years. Homm or Homa is the ancient Persian drink of the Gods, which was used in ceremonial settings in Persian Fire Temples for over a thousand years before Alexander the Great destroyed this cultural legacy. Recently Homm has been recreated by an Iranian chemist based on archeological evidence and we will be the first to represent this medicine in a ceremonial setting around the sacred fire.
The ceremony will be guided by experienced Iranian medicine women and accompanied by Iranian and sufi medicine music.
The ceremony will be guided in Persian and English languages and welcomes any nationality.

Georgia is the original home from where modern caucasian people spread throughout Asia Minor, India and Europe. It is part of the vast steppe which was the roaming ground of our ancestors. The Lightcodes for the Eden Project have been kept in the pure lands, mountains and clear waters and soil of Georgia for safeguarding for future generations. It is now time to activate these lightcodes and bring paradise upon Gaia. Banu has been guided to bring lightworkers to Georgia in a cultural exchange with our Georgian team of treasure-keepers to hold ceremony in sacred sites and spread the codes.

Whirling & Healing Sufi Ceremony
Since 2003, Banu has been offering monthly gatherings, occasional workshops and ceremonies sharing her love for the mystical Sufi Path of the Heart.
In these ceremonies, often accompanied by live music, the whirling dance of the dervishes is the central teaching. After learning to spin around one's axis, the realignment and healing vortex energy that is generated through the dance is channeled in to healing practices in small groups.
This ceremonies are a doorway to a profound experience of Oneness and sacred love while the whirling dance is a powerful tool for re-alignment and accessing timelessness.
The ceremony usually takes around 4 hours but a shorter version of 60 to 90 minutes can be offered on festivals and events.
Galactic Activation Ceremony

In a humble, earthly ceremony with the ascension elixir CORDUS, also lovingly described as ‘Galactic Cacao’, we will tune in to our crystalline star roots and connect to the Galactic Womb of Creation, the celestial source Mother that birthed us, the stars and our multiverse!
Galactic priests Inge van Straalen, Alex Rainbow Phoenix & Banu Ishtara will be your guides on a multi-dimensional journey where you’ll be invited to meet your star family and receive messages from planes of existence beyond ‘normal’ perception.
This ceremony can take betweeen 1 to 3 hours depending on the type of event.
Cacao Ceremony
Together with our local team of musicians and apprentices of the plant medicine path, we organize regular Cacao ceremonies with live medicine music and multi-voice a capella songs from Amazonian tribes.
Each ceremony is dedicated to a spiritual theme such as 'ancestors', 'the heart', 'connection' and subjects that touch us deeply in the moment.
Our ceremonies can last anywhere from 1 to 6 hours depending on the occassion and location.
HeartCore Ceremony
The HeartCore ceremonies have been developed by Banu Ishtara to expand the (sacred) heart through practices from various ancient wisdom traditions as well as modern methods developed by the Heart Math Institute and Joe Dispenza.
Mystical as well as practical these gatherings are a hands-on experience in group, individual and couple sessions to heal, realign and expand the multidimensional heart.
The ceremonies are a combination of teachings, introspection and heart-healing practices within a meditative space.
Each ceremony takes around 2 to 3 hours in a journey of 7 meetings spread throughout the year.
Live Music and jamming Circles
Something magical happens whenever we get together with our local medicine tribe. The many voices and instruments and occasional guest musicians are a recipe for an unforgettable night where the music take us deeper in to a state of Unity.
We sing and play popular medicine music and are specially dedicated to the music of the Huni Kuin and the Yawanawa tribe from Brasil. Some of our musicians have been spending time with the tribes in Brasil, in Spain and in the Netherlands and are fully dedicated to this Amazonian tradition.
Our gatherings can last anywhere from 6 to 48 hours (!) with or without the use of plant medicine. Our local tribe also offers musical support during our plant medicine retreats with Tata Mano Churuwia.
